Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is frequently associated with moderate to severe postoperative pain, which can delay mobilization and rehabilitation. The adductor canal block (ACB) is widely used for postoperative pain management because it provides effective analgesia while preserving quadriceps muscle strength.
