A woman in her 40s presented for evaluation of a nodule associated with dark discoloration on her labia minora. She noticed these changes 5 months prior and had associated pain over the site with dysuria. Examination revealed an ulcerated, erythematous, and hyperpigmented periurethral nodule (10?×-10 mm) with surrounding irregular macular hyperpigmentation (). Dermatoscopy revealed multiple colors, a blue-gray veil, and no pigment network.
