A patient in their 30s presented to the hospital with abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) results (Figure). The ECG was performed during a routine check-up during the fifth week of a twin pregnancy. The patient had no symptoms or any history of heart disease. The patient’s vital signs were stable, and there were no obvious abnormalities observed during the full physical examination. The patient’s older sibling had a history of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HCM) and had already undergone percutaneous intramyocardial septal radiofrequency ablation. However, the patient’s echocardiography results did not show any obvious abnormalities.
