A woman in her 30s presented with progressive, multiple itchy erythematous to violaceous papules and plaques localized to the left shin for more than 10 years (, A and B). On close inspection, milia and a few erosions with partially detached epidermis were identified. There were no abnormalities of the mucous membranes, nails, hair, or teeth. No extracutaneous involvement was observed.
