Position Responsibilities
  • Communication and Relationship Management:

Position QualificationsMinimum Required
  • Masters in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing and Masters in Business or HealthCare related field.

  • New York State Registered Nurse License or eligible

  • Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience

  • Two (2) years of nursing management experience

Preferred
  • Professional certification in Nursing Executive (NE‐BC) or Nursing Executive Advanced (NEA‐BC). Required within 2 years of accepting position.

  • Work is performed in an office environment, meeting rooms, and patient care areas which require working in proximity to other employees and patients. Rooms are lighted, air conditioned, and heated.
  • Frequent sitting, walking, and standing.
  • Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies.
