Additional Requirement: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Highlights of this opportunity:
Potential starting base salary range: $280-$315K
Permanent full-time position
Daily schedule, to be discussed during interview
Responsible for the general Internal Medicine care of patients to include, but not limited to patient assessment, management and treatment of acute exacerbation of illnesses and minor medical changes
Manage patients efficiently with attention to length of stay and care transitions
Champion inpatient initiatives to improve overall quality, safety, and patient experience
Performs academic bedside rounds with strong interest in medical resident supervision and evaluation
Performs rounds on the medical wards coordinating patient care
Performs patient history and physical examinations on admission to the hospital
