The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of introducing the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) nursing model on postoperative delirium occurrence and rehabilitation quality in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.

Femoral neck fractures (FNF) remain a considerable public health issue, both from a clinical and a socio-economic standpoint.
