Abstract:
This study aimed to compare the clinical and radiological outcomes of medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction (MPFLR) between anatomic femoral tunnel positions at anterior and posterior footprints.
Introduction:
Acute patella dislocation occurs primarily in young active patients [1]. The incidence of patellar dislocations has been reported to be as high as 23.2 per 100,000 person-years in the United States [2].
