The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic created challenges related to disease management of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).
Introduction:
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and patients with moderately or severely active disease often require long-term treatment/management with immunosuppressive therapies [1].
