Abstract:
Ritlecitinib is an oral Janus kinase 3/tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma family inhibitor undergoing parallel clinical development for alopecia areata, vitiligo, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Introduction:
Model development occurs through a series of iterative cycles. At each node of the model development lifecycle, new information is incorporated and, after assessment, the model becomes available for application in clinical drug development.
