Abstract:
Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common type of birth defects found in per live births. In developing countries, most CHDs is not detected until postnatal or later in life, during childhood or some until adulthood. About % of babies born with heart abnormality have critical CHD. These babies need surgery or any other procedure in the first year of life.
