Abstract:
Lung cancer is currently the second most common cancer in China, accounting for the highest rate of cancer deaths., Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most frequent type of lung cancer, with advanced lung adenocarcinoma being prone to metastasize, resulting in poor patient prognosis. Methods of treating LUAD include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Tumor recurrence and metastasis are the most frequent causes of treatment failure and death. Multiple genes and genetic pathways are thought to be involved in the development of tumor metastases.
