Introduction:
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a severe global health problem, causing many deaths of patients all over the world. Despite significant advances in surgical operations and medicine treatment, there are still many HCC patients diagnosed at advanced stages by the time of initial diagnosis. The prognosis for unresectable HCC remains unsatisfactory. Therefore, it is urgent to deeply elucidate the potential molecular mechanism of HCC and identify promising novel targets for therapy.
