Introduction:
Talaromycosis marneffei (TSM) is an invasive fungal disease caused by infection with Talaromyces marneffei (formerly Penicillium marneffei ). The regional source of infection was concentrated in Southeast Asia. Talaromyces marneffei is an opportunistic pathogenic fungus in the genus Penicillium.
