Introduction:
When COVID- swept the world, it sent shock waves through the public and private sectors, and nonprofit organizations (NPOs) were not immune. They confronted rapidly increasing demands on their services while at the same time having to deal with disruptions to service delivery. Although NPOs were unprepared for such an extraordinary crisis, they adapted quickly and continued their service provision. This situation calls for an explanation of what sustained NPOs during this emergency.
