Iron deficiency (ID) is the most common nutrient deficiency globally, affecting approximately one-third of the population ( billion people)., The adverse health complications and symptoms of ID are well documented and include: fatigue, brain fog (reduced concentration), dizziness, headaches, restless legs, hair loss, and muscle weakness or soreness.– Such symptoms are proposed to reduce both mental and physical health as well as overall patient quality of life.,
