Introduction:
Sexual health is a necessary part of any society because it significantly influences the quality of life. The WHO defines sexual health as “a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being related to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity”. One of the critical indicators of sexual health is the individual ability to engage in safe sexual experiences that are characterized as being free of enforcement, discrimination, and violence.
