Abstract:
Patient Safety Culture is a set of organized actions that create values, beliefs, and behaviors that shape how health-care settings operate and prioritize patient safety in health-care facilities, for lowering the occurrence of avoidable harm and the impact of injury when it does occur to patients and the health-care worker., Hence, the World Health Organization has declared patient safety as a fundamental human right and adopted the Global Patient Safety Action Plan – aiming at improving patient safety around the world.
