Introduction:
In the past decade, immunotherapy has made great progress in the treatment of hematological and solid cancers by targeting immune checkpoint molecules such as CTLA-, PD-, and PD-L . However, the clinical application of cancer immunotherapy is quite limited due to the existing primary, adaptive, and acquired resistance, and only a minority of patients benefit from the therapy. Therefore, there is a need to develop novel targets for immunotherapy.
