Research Article: Integrated Bioinformatics Analysis and Experimental Verification of Immune Cell Infiltration and the Related Core Genes in Ulcerative Colitis
Abstract:
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is an autoimmune disease characterized by recurrent diarrhea, abdominal pain, and mucous, pus, and blood in the stool. Although various drugs are available to relieve UC, up to % of the patients require colectomy. Therefore, it is important to find new core genes related to UC and further investigate the pathogenesis of the disease as a clear understanding is still lacking.
