Abstract:
The term responsiveness emerged during the World Health Report in as comparatively new and one of the essential goals of the health systems in meeting the needs of people to their legitimate expectations from different dimensions of services given in healthcare systems. Health system responsiveness is a non-monetary and non-clinical aspect which is incorporated into service quality of healthcare that imitates respect humanity and interaction of clients and care providers in the healthcare process.
