Research Article: Immune Cell Infiltration Analysis Based on Bioinformatics Reveals Novel Biomarkers of Coronary Artery Disease
Abstract:
Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a major cause of death and disability worldwide, and has been proved to be triggered by the interaction of environmental and genetic risk factors. It is considered to be a systemic, progressive inflammatory disease. The atherosclerotic plaque formed in CAD accumulates chronically in the subendothelial layer of the coronary artery, leading to severe stenosis of the blood vessels, and thus limiting blood flow, resulting in severe myocardial hypoxia, and eventual death of myocardial cells. At present, the gold standard for diagnosing CAD is coronary angiography, but invasive procedures can have postoperative complications with additional costs for patients. Noninvasive early diagnosis can prevent the progression of CAD and effectively reduce its mortality rate, but currently there not a reliable and stable noninvasive clinical diagnostic marker in.
