Introduction:
Breast abscess is a localized collection of pus within breast parenchyma and is mostly a complication of mastitis. This disease is popular in women – years old and is divided into lactating and non-lactating abscesses, of which lactating breast abscess accounts for .–% of all puerperal women. Nutritional problems, maternal hygiene, low living standards, and late and ineffective use of antibiotics are the main reasons for severe breast abscesses, especially in developing countries.
